Nonalcoholic Cocktail Recipes

A few zero-proof drink recipes (mocktails if you insist) whipped up for our cocktail kits.

Tasting Notes - A delicious well balanced brunch nonalcoholic cocktail. Small twist on a Bellini through the use of mango juice. 

Ingredients
  • Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay
  • Ceres Mango Juice
Make Nonalcoholic Cocktail
Add cold Noughty to Champagne flute. Top with a splash to 2 oz of Ceres.

Cran-loma Nonalcoholic Cocktail 
Tasting Notes - The Paloma gets a holiday update that is perfect for all your nonalcoholic punch needs.

Ingredients
  • 4 oz Edna's 0% Paloma
  • 2 oz Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice (not cranberry juice cocktail)
  • 1/4 tsp Mike's Hot Honey
  • 2 dashes All the Bitter New Orleans Bitters
Make the Nonalcoholic Cocktail

In a mixing glass combine Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice, Hot Honey, and All the Bitter. Stir until honey is dissolved. Add Paloma and gently stir to combine, about 10 stirs. Works best if all ingredients are cold. 


Amaro Spritz
Tasting Notes - A smooth frothy almond nonalcoholic cocktail but a hint of bubbles. 
Ingredients
  • 1/2 bottle St Agrestis Nonalcoholic Amaro Falso
  • 3 dashes All the Bitter New Orleans Alcohol Free Bitters
  • Club Soda
Make the Nonalcoholic Cocktail
Add Amaro Falso to mixing glass and 3 dashes of New Orleans bitters. Stir to combine. Add ice to coup glass. Pour mixture into glass and top with club soda
 

 
Sleigh My Espresso
Tasting Notes-Think of this like an espresso martini with a sophisticated almond finish.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz milk (cow or plant-based)
  • 1 packet Starbucks Pikes Place Via
  • 2 dashes of All the Bitters Cherry Coffee bitters
  • 3 oz chilled  St Agrestis Nonalcoholic Amaro Falso
  • 1/2 oz Liquid Alchemist Simple Syrup
Make the Nonalcoholic Cocktail

Combine warm milk and Starbucks Via in a mug, stir to combine if needed until coffee is dissolved. Add coffee, All the Bitter, and Simple Syrup to mixing glass and stir vigorously until combined. Add Amaro Falso and stir gently about 5-10 times to combine. Pour into coup glass and enjoy! Optional garnish with coffee beans or a cherry.

Blushing 75
Tasting Notes- Like a French 75 but with a vibrant dash of Grenadine for fun! 
Ingredients
  • .5 oz Liquid Alchemist Grenadine
  • 1 oz Cerocero Juniper White Grapefruit & Lemon Grass
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 oz Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay
Make the Nonalcoholic Cocktail
Add the Grenadine, Cerocero and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously to combine. Strain into a flute. Top with Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay.

 


Juniper Delight
Tasting Notes - A botanical bright nonalcoholic cocktail with a splash of citrus. 

Ingredients
  • .75 oz Liquid Alchemist Grenadine
  • 2 oz Cerocero Juniper, White Grapefruit & Lemon Grass
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes All the Bitter Orange Bitters
  • Q Mixers Club Soda
Make the Zero Proof Cocktail
Add all ingredients except Club Soda to cocktail shaker and shake to combine. Add ice about half way to a high ball glass. Strain shaken ingredients into glass. Top with Club Soda. Stir gently (2 to 5 stirs) to combine.

 
Tartan Mist
Tasting Notes - Rich and fruity Zero Proof Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 2 oz Glen Dochus Export
  • .75 oz Liquid Alchemist Grenadine
  • 3 dashes All The Bitter Aromatic Bitters
 Make the Zero Proof Cocktail
Add all the ingredients to a low ball glass half filled with ice. Small stir to mix (about 5 stirs)

Golden Dram
Tasting Notes- Complex blend of malted smoothness and bright citrus bubbles.

Ingredients
Make the Nonalcoholic Cocktail

In a mixing glass, add Simple Syrup and Bitters. Stir well to combine. Add Glen Dochus and stir again. Pour into flute and top with Noughty. Stir gently to combine. 



Festival of Fizz
Tasting Notes - A little tart, a little sweet, just like the holidays, smooth cranberry, and ginger.
Ingredients
  • 2 oz 270 Botanicals Spiced Caribbean Blend
  • 4 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Liquid Alchemist Grenadine
  • 2 to 3 dashes All the Bitter Aromatic Bitters
  • Ginger Beer
  • Fancy Sprinkles Pink Prism Powder
Make the Nonalcoholic Cocktail
Add 270 Botanticals Spiced Caribbean Blend, Cranberry Juice, Lime Juice, Grenadine, Aromatic Bitters to a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine. Pour over ice into a wine glass. Top with Ginger Beer and a dash or two of prism powder. Slight stir to combine.


Merrymaker's Twist
Tasting Notes - Grapefruit and rum combine for a fun twist on a Paloma.
Ingredients
  • 3 oz 2 Spiced Rum
  • 8 oz Edna's Paloma
  • 2 dashes of All the Bitter Orange Bitters
Make the Nonalcoholic Cocktail
Add all ingredients to a pint glass over ice. Stir to combine. 
Tinsel & Tonic
Classic Gin & Tonic taste with a splash of grenadine & glitter (optional) to make it festive
  • 3 oz Pearson's botanical
  • 2 dashes All the Bitter Orange Bitter
  • 1 tsp grenadine
  • tonic water
  • pink prism powder

In glass filled with ice combine first three ingredients in glass, stir gently. Top with Tonic water, add a dash of prism power. Stir gently to combine. Enjoy!
